Troubleshooting the pack

Most ‘the seeds are dead’ mail is a radiator, a swamp of a paper towel, or a pack that sat above the cooker. Most ‘you took my money’ mail on this preview is checkout not taking a card, because it does not. This is the short list. It is not a grow guide. Cultivation without a Home Office licence is illegal in the UK.

It will not pop

Paper towel or plug. Damp, not dripping. Warm room, not a heat source. If a current-batch seed still sits there, email the order number — we replace it. That is the promise on Contact. We do not cover cooked seed. We do not walk you through a tent.

Cracked shells and ancient stock fail because the embryo is gone. We germ-test what leaves Liverpool. We cannot test your drawer. Keep seed like you mean it is the storage note.

The bag, the waitlist, the van

This preview stores the bag on the device. Clear the cache and it is gone. It will not charge a card. Live paid orders are tracked, two working days, plain envelope. Import-banned destinations do not ship.
